The Poached Wagyu Tri-Tip Tafelspitz, the Ceviche de Pescado and the Scallops with Caviar, Rose & Pine are just some of the jewel-like dishes you'll taste, alongside a lavish 2 Hour Premium Open Bar serving cocktails, reds, whites, & rosé wines galore.

Established in 1990, Breaking Ground is a nonprofit dedicated to providing housing and assistance to the most vulnerable residents in New York City.
Breaking Ground's annual fundraising benefit takes place at The Prince George Ballroom, a gorgeously restored Beaux-Arts mansion near Madison Square Park that is on the National Register of Historic Places.
The 9,000 square-foot space has been elegantly restored by world-renowned designer Jamie Drake, and sets a fitting stage for culinary masterpieces by no less than six of the city's Michelin-starred chefs.
Savor the Toasted Milk & Grappa Gelato by Blanca, and the Octopus and Veal Terrine (beet, pistachio, lovage, yogurt) by Café Boulud.
The evening includes an irresistible chocolatier reception, featuring divine creations from Brooklyn Born Chocolate, Chocolate Moderne, Noteworthy Chocolates, and Voilà Chocolat!
Live music and a generous Premium Open Bar will keep the spirits high at this capstone of the social season!
