Ken & Cook honors its neighborhood by alluding to the past—the high-vaulted, tin ceilings and the old-fashioned subway tiles that line the walls celebrate the history of the area.
American cuisine gets stylish at this intimate Nolita spot, where tin ceilings, subway tiles and painted brick suggest the rich architectural history of the neighborhood. Ken & Cook welcomes patrons to enjoy contemporary dining in a convivial, friendly ambiance.
While the “Ken” is short for Kenmare Street, the “Cook” refers to the work of Chef Richard Diamonte (of Jean-Georges fame), who crafts homestyle American plates alongside French and Mediterranean-inspired dishes, such as Burrata with heirloom tomato to Whole Branzino to Filet Mignon with mushrooms.
