Every year, Italy’s National Institute of Tourism collaborates with the Italy America Chambers of Commerce (IACC) to award the world’s most authentic Italian restaurants with the Ospitalità Italiana Seal of Quality Award.
To mark the culmination of this initiative, the IACC will be hosting “Ospitalità Italiana: The Authentic Italian Table”, an event that gives guests the chance to experience food from 30 certified authentic restaurants and wines, beer and spirits from sponsoring Italian liquor companies.
Exhibiting restaurants present such as, Le Cirque, Il Gattopardo, Salumeria Rosi, Barbetta and many more, will be preparing samples of their signature dishes.

Guests can also sample wines, spirits and craft cocktails, not to mention artisanal chocolates prepared by italian master chocolatiers. Short of jumping on a plane, it’s the closest you’ll get to Rome this year!
