Pig Island 2014 will showcase the pork stylings of 25 of the best NYC chefs from all five boroughs, working with the meat of 80 locally sourced hogs to create such masterpieces as Tequila & Bacon Cubes. There will also be unlimited beer, wine, and cider, as well as live music, cooking and butchering demonstrations, and vegetarian-friendly side stations.
